Delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping courier, holidays, and peak sales or promotional periods.

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and original packaging.

• Excluded Items: Chemical products, items with expiration dates, and items provided with promotional gifts/samples.
• Shipping Costs: The company covers full shipping costs for manufacturing defects, supply errors, or shipping damages. For order changes, the customer covers costs (SAR 25 one-way / SAR 50 two-way).

Warranty Periods Against Manufacturing Defects:

• Power Tools: 24 months maintenance warranty (2 years).
• Engine Pumps (Petrol/Diesel): 12 months maintenance warranty (1 year).
• Construction Equipment, Generators, Welders & Compressors: 6 months warranty (covers engine and labor only; excludes spare parts, AVRs, or electronic boards).
• Hand Tools: Covered per manufacturer terms.

Warranty Exclusions: Misuse, consumable parts (carbon brushes, filters), physical breakage, unauthorized repairs, or operating engines without oil/fuel.

If a customer refuses to accept the delivery from the courier, the paid amount is refunded after deducting return shipping costs to the warehouse and applicable bank transfer fees.
