1. Company Information and Eligibility

Al-Haram Perfect Company for Machinery and Equipment is the operator of this website. The website is available to individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Minors under the age of 18 may only use the website under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users accessing the website from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are solely responsible for complying with the local laws and regulations of the country in which they are located.

2. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Any modifications shall not have retroactive effect on orders or transactions completed before the date of the change.

3. User Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the Company immediately through the official communication channels.

4. Electronic Communications

All electronic communications and transactions between you and the Company are legally binding. The Company may record and retain phone calls and electronic communications for service improvement and training purposes, in accordance with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Updating Customer Information

You are responsible for promptly updating your personal information, including your address and contact details, whenever any changes occur. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from your failure to update such information.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

An order becomes binding once confirmed by you or upon receipt of payment. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, technical specification discrepancies, or product unavailability.

An electronic invoice detailing all items and prices (including or excluding VAT as applicable) will be sent to you.

7. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices displayed in the shopping cart or for unconfirmed orders are subject to change before order confirmation. All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a pricing or technical specification error, the Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the order and will notify you accordingly.

8. Delivery and Order Receipt

Deliveries are made according to the Company’s approved schedules and do not include Fridays and Saturdays. Responsibility for the product transfers to you upon receipt.

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, you must contact customer service. While we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9. Return and Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition, and the return request is submitted within 24 hours of receipt.

The return policy does not cover chemical products, expired items, promotional products, or free items.

If the return or exchange is due to an error by the Company or damage caused during shipping, the Company will bear the shipping costs. In all other cases, you will be responsible for shipping costs and any bank transfer fees.

10. Warranty and Maintenance

The Company provides a warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper operation, or failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions.

The report from an authorized service center shall be the primary reference for determining warranty eligibility. The warranty applies only to products sold by the Company or its authorized distributors.

Consumable parts are not covered under warranty. These include, but are not limited to: wires, carbon brushes, filters, oils, greases, bearings, and rubber seals.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Al-Haram Perfect Company for Machinery and Equipment and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website content without prior written consent from the Company.

12. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the website or products, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters or service interruptions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the website or dealings with the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dammam.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

The Company is committed to protecting customers’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and the E-Commerce Law (Article 5) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Personal data is collected and used solely for the purpose of processing orders, delivery, customer service, and improving user experience. Data will not be shared with any third party except as necessary to provide the service or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
