Refund policy

At Al-Haram Perfect Company for Machinery and Equipment, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Below are the terms and conditions governing product returns and exchanges.

1. Return and Exchange Conditions

Customers may request a return within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
  • The product must have been supplied directly by Al-Haram Perfect Company for Machinery and Equipment.

All returned products are subject to inspection to verify compliance with the return conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Chemical products or items with an expiration date.
  • Products purchased as part of promotional offers or those accompanied by gifts or free samples.

3. Partial or Full Returns

Customers may return the entire order or only part of it, in accordance with the approved return conditions.

4. Shipping Costs & Return Rules

If the return is due to:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item supplied
  • Damage caused during shipping

→ The Company will bear all shipping costs. No bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.

If the return is for other reasons (such as change of mind or exchange):

→ The customer will bear the shipping costs and any applicable bank transfer fees.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Shipping Fees

  • One-way shipping: SAR 25
  • Round-trip shipping (delivery + return/exchange): SAR 50

Shipping fees may vary depending on weight, city, or region.

6. Non-Refundable Payment Gateway Fees

Some payment gateways charge non-refundable fees upon cancellation or return. These fees will be deducted from the refunded amount:

  • Tabby: 3.9% + SAR 1
  • Tamara: 6.99% + SAR 1.5
  • Mada: 1.5%
  • Visa / Mastercard & Credit Cards: 2.5%
  • Bank Transfer: SAR 7 – 8.05 per transaction

7. Refusal to Receive the Shipment

If a customer refuses to receive the order from the shipping company, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting:

  • The cost of returning the shipment to the warehouse
  • Any applicable bank transfer fees

8. Policy Enforcement

Al-Haram Perfect Company for Machinery and Equipment reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the approved terms and policies.
